Padanadhamsa Dasa

Padanadhamsa Dasa (PND) is a much talked but less known Navamsa based Jaimini dasa. Sri Vemuri Rama Murthy Sastry, a legendary Jaimini Scholar had used this dasa extensively while giving predictions for 0ver 50 years with astounding success.
Navamsa chart is to be used to arrive at the Maha Dasa sequence, Maha Dasa periods, Anthara Dasa order, Anthara Dasa periods and finally for timing of the events.
Pada-nadhamsa means the sign occupied by the lord of the Arudha Lagna (AL) (of D1) in the Navamsa chart (D9). First Maha Dasa (MD) begins from the said sign in Navamsa chart and Maha Dasa sequence depends upon the nature of the sign like Movable, Fixed and Dual and its oddity like Odd or Even.
The order of the Anthara dasas of all Maha Dasas, irrespective whether the Maha Dasa sign under consideration or reference is of movable or fixed or dual follow the sequence as applicable to starting Maha Dasa.
PND employs Graha-chakra methodology to fix the karakas for each dasa (dasa karakas) instead of using chara karakas.
Maximum Maha Dasa period will be 12 years and minimum Maha Dasa period will be 2 years and similarly maximum Anthara Dasa period will be 12 months and minimum Anthara Dasa period will be 2 months.
The authors employed divisional charts (like D3, D10, D24, D20, etc), Special Lagnas, Yogada, etc and illustrated the event predictions with the help of several charts.
